Three cozy areas to entertain outside.  First is a 10×30 deck off the trailer. A great place to relax, read a book and listen to the waterfall. Second, is a raised deck with a 10×12 hardtop gazebo. [Comes with a fitted, zippered cover.]  This is where the family has a burger and plays board games. Lastly, a large stone patio with a fire pit.  A second water feature flows adding some interest to this gathering place.

Perennial beds, some raised and some not, host a number of shade loving plants. 

An 8×10 steel shed holds all your outdoor equipment and is equipped with a bar fridge to keep beverages cold if one fridge is not enough.

Central air and a ducted furnace keep things cozy all season long.

A very comfy Natuzzi recliner and pull out sofa bed are in the
living room. A custom eating island with stools triples as a T.V stand and extra storage.  There’s a full size stainless steel fridge in the kitchen, 3 burner stove, oven and microwave.  Lots of storage built in and free standing.

Down the hall is a good size 3 pc bath with a roomy corner shower, linen closet and medicine cabinet.

The master bedroom has a full queen size bed with under bed storage. Double mirrored closets and enough drawers for all your summer clothes.

So, here’s the bonus…..what you see is what you get.!!!!  All outdoor furniture (except 3 piece wicker furniture set) and decor on the lot is included. 2 flat screen T.V’s, dishes, pots and pans and some linens included.
